How much does shipping cost? We offer service via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the item(s) in your order and the carrier method you chose during the checkout process.  When you reach the Shipment page of the checkout process, you will see the following choices in the drop down menu: UPS Ground; UPS 2nd Day Air; and UPS Next Day Air, and the corresponding fee for each method.

Do you ship to addresses outside of the U.S.? At this time we do not ship outside the United States

How long will it take to get my order?
Below are conservative estimates of the number of business days it typically takes to deliver your order within the Continental U.S. Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in your expected delivery time.

UPS Ground:

Typically arrives within 7 business days of shipment and processing (3-5 business days in transit, plus 1-2 business days order processing time). Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in the delivery time.

 
UPS 2nd DAY Air:

Typically arrives by the end of the 4th or 5th Business Day after shipment and processing (2 business days in transit, plus 1-2 business days order processing time).  Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in the delivery time.

 

UPS Next Day Air:

Typically arrives by the end of the 3rd or 4th Business Day after shipment and processing (1 business day in transit, plus 1-2 business days order processing time). No Saturday or Sunday delivery. Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in the delivery time.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? No, UPS, our primary carrier, does not ship to P.O. boxes.

What is your return policy? In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns/exchanges must include the original receipt and occur within 30 days from the purchase date in order to receive a full refund.  Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed – and all tags must be attached.  Before sending the item, you must email info@eaniemeanie.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include your RA# in the upper right hand corner of the original receipt of the item(s) being returned/exchanged. If you send the item back without the original receipt, without receiving a RA# or after the 30 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and we will not be held responsible for returning the item to you. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

The following merchandise is non-refundable:

  • Special order items             
  • Personalized items              
  • Bathing suits  

We will not accept the return or exchange of any merchandise if there is evidence the merchandise has been used.  Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original condition. Once we receive your return/exchange, please allow 10-14 business days for your return/exchange to be processed and credited.  

What is your Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as 'in-stock' when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that the item is not available.
