In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions: 

o         Returns/exchanges must include the original receipt and occur within 30 days from the purchase date in order to receive a full refund.  Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed – and all tags must be attached.  

o       Before sending the item, you must email info@eaniemeanie.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include your RA# in the upper right hand corner of the original receipt of the item(s) being returned/exchanged. If you send the item back without the original receipt, without receiving a RA# or after the 30 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and we will not be held responsible for returning the item to you. By receiving the RA#, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a refund if your item does not meet the return qualifications listed in this section.

We will not accept the return or exchange of any merchandise if there is evidence the merchandise has been used.  Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original condition. 

Once we receive your return/exchange, please allow 10-14 business days for your return/exchange to be processed and credited.
